Customer Email Fields
  1. [[CustomerFirstName]] = The customer first name, for example "Joe"
  2. [[CustomerLastName]] = The customer last name, for example "Smith"
  3. [[CustomerCompanyName]] = The company name, for example "Joe's Blinds"
  4. [[CustomerAccountNumber]] = The account number, for example "JS001"
  5. [[CustomerLeadSource]] = The lead source, for example "Radio"
  6. [[CustomerTerms]] = The terms, for example "Cash/Check"
  7. [[CustomerName]] = The full customer name, for example "Joe Smith"
  8. [[CustomerPrimaryEmail]] = The first email address for the customer, for example "Home:joe@gmail.com"
  9. [[CustomerSecondaryEmail]] = The second email address for the customer
  10. [[CustomerPrimaryPhone]] = The first phone number for the customer, for example "Home:(919) 445-3983"
  11. [[CustomerSecondaryPhone]] = The second phone number for the customer
  12. [[CustomerBillingAddress]] = The first billing address for the customer. This address will span multiple lines.
  13. [[CustomerShippingAddress]] = The first shipping address for the customer. This address will span multiple lines.

Order Email Fields
  1. [[OrderType]] = Indicates the type of order, Quote / Sale / Order.
  2. [[OrderNumber]] = The quote, sale or order number. For example "76393"
  3. [[QuoteCreatedOn]] = The date the quote was created. For example "7/22/2021". This will be blank for sales or orders.
  4. [[SaleCreatedOn]] = The date the sale was created. For example "7/22/2021". This will be blank for quotes.
  5. [[OrderCreatedOn]] = The date the order was created. For example "7/22/2021".
  6. [[CreatedOn]] = The date the quote, sale or order was created depending on the order type. 
  7. [[OrderSidemark]] = The sidemark of the quote, sale or order. For example "JSmith"
  8. [[OrderCustomerPONumber]] = The customer PO number for the quote, sale or order. For example "PO3739"
  9. [[OrderSubtotal1]] = The sum of the line items.
  10. [[OrderDiscounts]] = The sum of the discount charges. i.e. Customer Discounts.
  11. [[OrderSurcharges]] = The sum of the order surcharges.
  12. [[OrderSubtotal2]] = The sum of the orders line items - discounts + surcharges. 
  13. [[OrderTax]] = The total tax amount for a quote, sale or order.
  14. [[OrderTotal]] = The total for the quote, sale or order. For example "$5, 449.99"
  15. [[OrderPayments]] = The total amount of payments applied to the sale or order.
  16. [[OrderBalance]] = The current balance for the quote, sale or order. For example "$100.56" 
  17. [[OrderTerms]] = The terms for the quote, sale or order. For example "Cash"
  18. [[OrderInstallerName]] = The name of the installer selected for the quote, sale or order. For example "Harry Jones"
